Use this page for support, bugs, and product feedback.

Bug reports

If a playlist fails to preview, match, or create, include the step that failed, exact visible error, browser or device, approximate time, and whether another known-public playlist worked. A public Spotify playlist URL can help reproduce the issue, but do not post a private or sensitive playlist. Open an issue in the PlaylistXfer GitHub issues.

Before reporting a preview problem, work through the playlist link troubleshooting guide. It separates wrong or restricted links from a temporary PlaylistXfer service failure.

Product feedback

Useful feedback includes confusing labels, bad match examples, slow playlists, Apple Music authorization issues, and places where the product felt stuck.

Privacy questions

Read the Privacy Policy for the current MVP data handling notes. The app is designed to avoid storing Apple Music user tokens long term.

Never send secrets

Support does not need your Spotify password, Apple ID password, Apple Music token, cookies, account email, or browser storage. Remove those values from screenshots and logs before posting an issue.
